How customers pay
After a task is completed or a professional service is delivered, you'll receive a payment request in the app. Accepted payment methods:
- UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
- Debit / Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- Net banking
- Qwikyo wallet balance
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay โ Qwikyo never stores card details.
How taskers receive payment
- The customer marks the task as complete and releases payment.
- Funds appear in your Qwikyo Wallet within minutes.
- Request a bank payout from the wallet at any time.
- Payouts are processed within 1โ2 business days to any Indian bank account.
Qwikyo's fee model
Qwikyo is a zero-commission platform for both taskers and professionals.
- Taskers keep 100% of their agreed quote โ Qwikyo does not deduct anything from tasker earnings.
- Professionals keep 100% of their booking fee โ Qwikyo does not take any cut from professional bookings.
- Customers may pay a small booking fee on top of the quoted price. This is always shown before you confirm โ no surprises.
This model is how Qwikyo can attract the best taskers and professionals: they earn more here than on platforms that charge 20โ30% commission.
