These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, whether as a Task Poster (customer) or Tasker (service provider).

2. Description of Services

Qwikyo operates an online marketplace that connects people who need tasks completed ("Task Posters") with people who offer to complete those tasks ("Taskers"). Our Service includes:

• Task posting and browsing functionality
• User profiles and rating systems
• Communication tools between Task Posters and Taskers
• Payment processing services
• Customer support services
• Mobile applications and website access

3. User Accounts

Account Registration

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use our Service to:

• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
• Post content that is offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate

5. Payments & Fees

Service Fees

Qwikyo charges service fees for facilitating transactions on our platform:

• Task Posters may be charged a booking fee
• Taskers pay a service fee on completed tasks
• Payment processing fees may apply
• Fee structures are clearly displayed before transactions

Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our approved payment partners. Task Posters authorize us to charge their selected payment method for the total amount, including any applicable fees and taxes.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on specific circumstances and our refund policy. Please refer to our detailed refund policy or contact customer support for assistance.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qwikyo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Actions or omissions of Taskers or Task Posters
• Third-party payment processing issues
• Unauthorized access to your account or data

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to Qwikyo in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time:

• You may stop using our Service and close your account
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms
• We may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution will survive termination.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on our website
• Sending email notifications to registered users
• Displaying in-app notifications

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
