What is a tasker?

A tasker is anyone who earns money by completing tasks posted by customers on Qwikyo. You choose which tasks to bid on, set your own rates, and work on your own schedule.

Getting started

  1. Create a Qwikyo account โ€” see Sign up guide.
  2. Complete your profile โ€” add a photo, bio, and skills. Incomplete profiles rarely get accepted.
  3. Add your skills โ€” go to Settings โ†’ Skills and add what you can do (cleaning, plumbing, coding, tutoring, etc.).
  4. Verify your phone โ€” required to submit bids.

Finding tasks to bid on

  • Open the Tasks tab โ€” you'll see open tasks near you sorted by recency.
  • Use filters for category, budget range, date, and distance.
  • Tap any task to read the full description before bidding.

Writing a winning bid

Your bid is your first impression. To increase acceptance:

  • Match the task โ€” show you read and understand what the customer needs.
  • Price fairly โ€” explain why your price is what it is.
  • Share relevant experience โ€” "I've repaired 20+ two-wheelers in KPHB" builds confidence.
  • Offer something extra โ€” "I can also check the brakes while I'm there."

Getting paid

After you complete a task and the customer marks it done:

  • Payment is released to your Qwikyo wallet.
  • From the wallet you can request a payout to your bank account.
  • Payouts process within 2 business days.

Qwikyo's zero-commission policy

Qwikyo charges zero commission to taskers. The full amount you quote is the amount you receive. Qwikyo earns its fee from customers.

Building your reputation

Your rating and review count are the most important factors for getting hired. After every job:

  • Deliver on time and do quality work.
  • Communicate clearly in the app chat.
  • Politely ask the customer to leave a review.

High-rated taskers appear first in search results and receive more bids.
