Getting Started

How do I create a listing?

Click "Post a Listing" in the navigation, choose your listing type (sell, rent, service, or wanted), fill in the details, upload photos, and publish. It takes just a few minutes!

Is it free to list items?

Yes! Basic listings are completely free. You can list items with up to 2 photos for 30 days at no cost. We also offer Plus, Featured, and Premium packages for enhanced visibility.

What can I sell on Qwikyo?

You can sell almost anything legal: electronics, furniture, vehicles, clothing, books, services, and more. Prohibited items include illegal goods, weapons, drugs, and items that violate our community guidelines.

How do I search for items?

Use the search bar on the marketplace page. You can filter by category, price range, location, condition, and listing type. Save searches to get notified of new listings.

Selling

How do I price my item?

Research similar listings on Qwikyo and other platforms. Consider condition, age, and market demand. Price 10-15% above your minimum to leave negotiation room. Check our Seller Guide for detailed pricing strategies.

How many photos can I upload?

Free listings include 2 photos. Plus package allows 10 photos, and Featured/Premium packages allow up to 20 photos. More photos help sell items faster!

How long do listings stay active?

Free listings are active for 30 days. Plus packages last 60 days, Featured lasts 90 days, and Premium lasts 120 days. You can renew or upgrade at any time.

Can I edit my listing after posting?

Yes! Go to "My Listings" in your account, find the listing, and click "Edit". You can update photos, description, price, and other details anytime.

What happens when someone makes an offer?

You'll receive a notification. Review the offer, check the buyer's profile, and either accept, counter-offer, or decline. Communicate through Qwikyo messaging.

How do I promote my listing?

Choose from Plus, Featured, or Premium packages when creating your listing, or upgrade later. These packages increase visibility and help you sell faster.

Buying

How do I contact a seller?

Click "Contact Seller" on any listing. You can send a message, make an offer, or ask questions. All communication happens through Qwikyo messaging for safety.

Is it safe to buy on Qwikyo?

Yes! We have comprehensive buyer protection, secure payment options, verified sellers, and dispute resolution. Always use Qwikyo secure payment and meet in public places for local transactions.

Can I negotiate the price?

Yes! Many sellers are open to negotiation. Use the "Make Offer" feature or message the seller directly. Be respectful and reasonable with your offers.

What payment methods are accepted?

We recommend Qwikyo secure payment for maximum protection. You can also pay via cash (for local meetups), UPI, digital wallets, or bank transfer. Always inspect items before paying.

What if the item doesn't match the description?

Report the issue within 48 hours with photos. Our buyer protection team will review and arrange a refund or return if the item significantly differs from the listing.

Can I return an item?

If the item doesn't match the description or has undisclosed defects, you can return it within 7 days. Contact support to initiate a return.

Payments & Delivery

How does Qwikyo secure payment work?

Your payment is held securely until you confirm receipt and satisfaction. Once you confirm, funds are released to the seller. If there's an issue, we can refund you.

When do I pay?

For Qwikyo secure payment, pay when you're ready to purchase. For cash transactions, pay after inspecting the item in person. Never pay in advance without seeing the item.

What delivery options are available?

Most listings offer pickup (you collect), delivery (seller delivers), or digital delivery (for digital items). Check the listing for available options.

Who pays for delivery?

This is agreed between buyer and seller. Some sellers include delivery, others charge extra. Always confirm delivery costs before completing the purchase.

What if I don't receive the item?

Contact the seller first. If no response or resolution, report to our support team. With Qwikyo secure payment, you'll get a full refund if the item isn't received.

Safety & Security

How do I report a suspicious listing?

Click "Report Listing" on any listing page. Select the reason and provide details. Our team reviews all reports and takes action on violations.

What should I do if I encounter a scam?

Report it immediately. Don't complete any payment. Contact support with screenshots and details. We investigate all fraud reports and take immediate action.

How do I verify a seller is legitimate?

Check their profile for verification badges, read reviews from previous buyers, see how long they've been on Qwikyo, and review their other listings for consistency.

Where should I meet sellers?

Always meet in well-lit, public places like malls, cafes, or police stations. Avoid isolated locations. Bring a friend if possible, especially for high-value items.

What information should I never share?

Never share passwords, bank account details, OTPs, or other sensitive information. Use Qwikyo messaging for all communication and Qwikyo secure payment for transactions.

Account & Listings

How do I manage my listings?

Go to "My Listings" in your account dashboard. You can view, edit, promote, renew, mark as sold, or delete your listings.

Can I save listings I'm interested in?

Yes! Click the heart icon on any listing to save it to your favorites. You can access all saved listings from your account.

How do I delete my listing?

Go to "My Listings", find the listing, and click "Delete" or "Mark as Sold". Deleted listings can't be recovered, so make sure before deleting.

Can I renew an expired listing?

Yes! Go to "My Listings", find your expired listing, and click "Renew". You can renew with the same package or upgrade to a higher tier.

How do I update my profile?

Go to your account settings, click on "Profile", and update your information. A complete, verified profile builds trust with buyers and sellers.
