On Qwikyo, document delivery starts from โน60 and small parcels (up to 5 kg) from โน100. Bulky items and intercity go up to โน1,200. Zero commission โ the full amount goes to your delivery partner.
How fast is same-day delivery?
Most intra-city deliveries complete within 2โ4 hours of pickup. For urgent (within 1โ2 hrs), mention it in the task description โ some couriers offer priority slots.
Can I send fragile items?
Yes โ mention "fragile" clearly in your task post. Taskers who accept confirm they can handle it. You can rate and review based on care taken.
Do couriers handle intercity deliveries?
Yes. Qwikyo supports same-day and next-day intercity deliveries for packages up to 20 kg. For very heavy shipments (20 kg+), use the task description to find a vehicle-courier.
What if my parcel is damaged?
Rate the delivery low in the app and raise a dispute. Qwikyo's marketplace guidelines provide a review and refund pathway for damaged items.
Do I get a tracking update?
