Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers
• Proactively identify and resolve customer issues
• Onboard new users and help them get started
• Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to product team
• Track customer health metrics and identify at-risk accounts
• Create and maintain customer documentation and resources
What We're Looking For:
• 2-3 years of customer success or account management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Empathy and customer-first mindset
